Where are you based?

We are based in Armidale, NSW. We cover the local region within 30kms, anywhere outside of this requires a travel fee.

Do you serve tap beers?

We sure do! As true beer lovers, we believe it’s a real treat to serve beer fresh from the tap. We have 4 taps ready to serve your hops of choice! We have partnered with local breweries to offer a select range of beers for your special event, just let us know if you’re interested and we can get it organised.

What if we break a glass?

Accidents happen! Glassware damage is $3 per glass.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. If you need to cancel we offer a full refund if the event is more than 6 months away, if it’s under 6 months you’ll receive 50% of the deposit back.

What happens if it’s raining?

We do not offer refunds in the case of bad weather, we’re ready to serve rain hail or shine! In the event of rain it is your responsibility to provide an undercover area to serve from.

Who supplies the alcohol?

The simple answer is you. Due to licensing rules and regulations we do not sell alcohol - instead we are a BYO alcohol service, which means you can choose your desired drinks without any unnecessary markups. We can however help you source a diverse range of beverages from our favourite suppliers.

Do you offer table service?

Not usually, we prefer to serve direct from the bar. This encourages guests to move around and mingle! Our staff will keep things tidy by walking around to collect empty glasses and bottles throughout the event.

Do we require power?

We only require power for lighting and heating water for cleaning - if it is daytime and warm water is available on site, we can do without.

What happens after service if the event is still kicking on?

Once we’ve packed up we can set up a self service station for your guests so they can help themselves to the remaining alcohol until the event is over. If the kegs have not tapped, we will transfer any remaining beer into disposable cups.
